Half a pig, cut and packed to order. All pigs come from a local farm and are fully processed in our facility. We smoke the bacons and hams, and make many types of sausages.
Bacon (around 7-8 lbs) and ham (about 20 lbs) included- but not required! Two sausage choices. All sausages can be loose, breakfast case, or sandwich case.
