Custom Cut Whole Hog

Whole pig, cut and packed to order. All pigs come from a local farm and are fully processed in our facility. We smoke the bacon and hams, and make many types of sausages. 

Bacon (around 14-16 lbs) and 2 hams (about 20 lbs each) included- but not required! Four sausage choices. All sausages can be loose, breakfast case, or sandwich case.
