Custom Cut Beef Eighth

Sometimes it's hard to commit to what feels like a ton of beef. Maybe you're limited on freezer space or just really don't need a lot. We do as small as an eighth with our hanging beef. You get all the great cuts, and just enough ground beef. 

Get your beef ordered. Please call the shop at 724-352-2988. Please do not fully order online, that price listed is an estimate. We want need to get your cutting instructions and you pay when you pick up. 

All of the custom beef orders are from a select few farms in our local area and are fully processed in our facility. We take great pride in bringing you the best meat to last you all year. 

$5.30/lb on hanging weight. Plus $50 processing fee per half. Average weight 400 lbs.

1 Round Bone Roasts

1 English Roasts

2 Chuck Roasts

4 Delmonico steaks

4 T-Bones or Strip Steaks (and 10 Filet steaks)

1 Sirloin Steaks

1 Sirloin Tip Roasts- or steaks- or chipped steak

2 Round Steaks- or 8 cube steaks

1 Rump Roasts
